You may have directX video acceleration disabled. To check this, on the start menu, click run, type dxdiag, and click ok. This should bring up the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. On the Display tab, in a box labeled DirectX Features, check that the 3 types of acceleration are enabled. If they are not, try enabling them and launch the GMAT Prep Practice exam again.
